The Ham and Petersham Neighbourhood plan
The plan was written by the Neighbourhood Forum upon which the Ham & Petersham was represented.
The plan, if passed by referendum on 18th October 2018, will have the same weight in planning matters as the Richmond Plan. Key therefore is to understand how the plan’s policies would be used in planning matters. It may also be used in support of or in opposition to other developments in the area.
