Thanks to public spirited members who give their time and effort and continue to protect the unique environment of Ham and Petersham.
the Ham and Petersham Association & Amenities Group
The origins date of the Ham and Petersham Association & Amenities Group date from 1933, when it was known as the Ham Ratepayers’ Association. It then became the Ham and Petersham Ratepayers’ and Residents’ Association and in 1989 the name finally became the less cumbersome Ham and Petersham Association.
Throughout its long history the Association has been an integral part of the community, and it is essentially because of public spirited members who over the years have voluntarily contributed their effort and time to seek to protect the unique environment of Ham and Petersham that it remains so special today.
Membership of the Ham and Petersham Association & Amenities Group is open to anyone living in the Ham and Petersham area of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. The Association was started in 1933 and is a non-political and non-sectarian organisation which is run by a Committee of local residents who work on a voluntary basis.
