London In Bloom Ham and Petersham Win Gold Again
Ham and Petersham is proud to have been awarded gold by London In Bloom for third successive time in the Best Village Class. This follows our success of being named best village in London in 2017.
This year we were only beaten by the excellent entry by Walthamstow Village which also won the overall best entry prize scoring more than any other entry in the whole competition.
Well done to all who helped us achieve this amazing result.
We are also delighted that Jacob Bell was awarded the RHS London in Bloom Community Champion and RHS’ Young Champion of the Year. Jacob has been volunteering at Grey Court School Allotment and has been an inspiration to many children at the school. Jacob is also working at Petersham Nursery who have been kind enough to give home work experience. Well done Jacob.
