APPLICATION FORMS and 2024 RATES

Revisit this site then to complete the online application form.

All 2023 stallholders will be sent an email notification in January once applications are open.

OTHER WAYS TO APPLY

Once 2024 applications are open (from mid January) then either email all the information asked on the Application Form to us directly, or alternatively download the form; save to your desktop; complete and attach to your email.

HAM FAIR EMAIL – 

DEFINITIONS OF STALL TYPES:

GENERAL – selling e.g.: antiques; bric-a-brac; books; clothes; gifts; household items; toys, etc.

CHARITY – registered charity (please provide your number) raising money for your own charity      

HOT FOOD – selling food cooked on your stall; proof of food/hygiene/public liability insurance will be required

COLD FOOD & DRINKS – selling pre-prepared food, such as bread & cakes; cold & hot drinks 

HAM PARADE MARKET TRADER – we offer 20% discount for regular traders at the monthly Ham Parade Market – https://www.hamparademarket.org/ – your application will be verified by HPM organiser 

PITCH DETAILS:
– we provide the pitch area only; each pitch area is approx. 3m wide x 6m deep (if you go over 3m wide you will be charged for 2 pitches); you must bring your own gazebo; table/s; chair/s
– corner pitches – are the same size but located next to an exit or at the end of a row; subject to availability.
– no power is provided; if you require power you must provide your own diesel generator (no petrol); fire extinguisher or blanket and must advise us that you are bringing this.
